Our Mexico is sourced from coffee growers in the renowned regions of Chiapas and Oaxaca, delivering a smooth medium roast with notes of chocolate, cinnamon, and a refreshing green apple brightness. Grown at 900–1,000M in clay mineral soil, fully washed and sun dried for a clean, approachable cup.
