At Rooted Brew Coffee Cafe, we take pride in the quality of every product we offer. Because our coffees and teas are perishable consumable goods fulfilled through a dropship model, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products.

However, we stand behind our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at apostolicfaith125@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement shipment or store credit.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been dispatched. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we will do our best to assist you.
