Bright, fruity, and beautifully complex. Our Colombia is sourced from smallholder farmers in the renowned Medellin region, offering a vibrant cup with notes of dried orange, berry, and chocolate. Grown at 1,300–1,500M in volcanic loam soil, fully washed and solar-dried to protect the beans from rain and preserve their clean, lively character.
